These Terms and Conditions apply to the TeztapPay mobile application (“Application”), developed by Teztap Digitech Private Limited (“Service Provider”) as a free service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. It is recommended that you read them carefully before using the Application.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights related to the Application, including trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property, are owned by the Service Provider. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, translation, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.
3. Modifications and Charges
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or introduce charges for its services at any time. Any such charges will be clearly communicated to users in advance.
4. Data Privacy and Security
The Application may store and process personal data provided by you to deliver services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly discourages jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it may compromise security and functionality.
5. Third-Party Services
The Application may use third-party services that operate under their own Terms and Conditions. Users are advised to review those terms separately.
6. Internet Connectivity
Some features of the Application require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible for reduced functionality due to lack of internet access.
7. Data Usage and Charges
When using mobile data, your network provider’s terms apply. You may incur charges such as data usage or roaming fees. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges.
8. User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your device remains functional and charged. The Service Provider is not liable if the Application cannot be accessed due to device-related issues.
9. Limitation of Liability
While the Service Provider strives for accuracy and reliability, they rely on third-party data sources and do not guarantee complete accuracy. They are not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on the Application.
10. Updates and Availability
The Application may be updated periodically to improve functionality or compatibility. Users agree to install updates when provided. The Service Provider does not guarantee continuous compatibility with all operating system versions.
11. Termination
The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease, and you must stop using and delete the Application from your device.
12. Changes to Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly. Updates will be posted within the Application.
13. Effective Date
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 25 March 2026.
